I know! I know! I know how hard it is to resist the urge to go from “an idea is born” to ideation. You are ready to pounce on that work and give that idea all you’ve got. But, if it is as important as you think it is, you probably want to ensure its success.

It's natural to want to Think-Do! Many of us have been programed that way. However, with The Arrington Method, creative project management, you can Nvizun, Discover & Create at your own pace. And no matter how far along you are in your own process, we believe we have the tools to get you to where you’re going.

Take a look at the phases of The Arrington Method:

Ideate: Your idea is fresh and ready to be enhanced with more thought, attention and inspiration.

If your idea still needs some TLC, check out our Ideation Station Tool located inside of the Inspiration Pack.

Sculpt: Your idea is seasoned and has been transformed into a solid vision and is ready to be polished and curated for sharing with others.

If your idea still needs to be chiseled and shaped before its ready to be considered a vision, check out our Vision Shaping Tool inside of the Inspiration Pack.

Prototype: Your vision has inspired representation that allowed all connected to more eagerly engage in the construction of a visual artifact that encompassed all ideas.

Try sketching your prototype on one of our many prototype templates.

Explore: You and your team have uncovered the who, what, when, where, how and how much that will make the vision a success.

Map: The vision is a creative project with deconstructed work activities that clearly demonstrates what mavens and materials are needed where, and for how long.

The Vision Map tool is excellent if you are new to converting ideas into work activities.

Ignite: To infuse a culture within the process of work that mimics the successful outcome of the creative project, the creative leader has scheduled working sessions and establishes a plan for maintaining motivation and inspiration throughout the course of the project.

Keep your team motivated, with some of our best tips on Motivation.
