Celebrate the Vision

As a visionary, every creative idea holds a special place that’s near and dear to your heart. It’s your pride and joy, so it should be a normal reaction to want to celebrate the transition from idea to vision.

The Arrington Method was designed to keep you connected to your vision and once a vision has reached the ignite stage, this does not change.

The work surrounding the vision becomes the primary focus, but you can use small and big moments to celebrate the purpose behind the journey.

In our experience, we have found great reward in celebrating the vision in several ways.

REASONS TO CELEBRATE

Reaching pivotal milestones

Enhancing moments of motivation

Overcoming a challenge or obstacle

Onboarding new mavens

Productivity that creates nostalgic moments from ideation

Astounding working sessions

Innovative Idea sharing

Reigniting the purpose

Boosting Morale

When tough changes bring great reward

WAYS TO CELEBRATE

  • Small party

  • Send kudos or notes of recognition

  • Play a virtual game

  • Team Lunch

  • Handwritten notes

  • Public recognition

  • Ice Cream Social

  • Coffee/Tea Gift Cards

  • New working session location with small treats

  • A scheduled workday off

These are just examples, as you may identify your own ways in which you like to celebrate your vision. Maintaining focus on the vision statement and the goals set during the ideate stage are healthy drivers for finding special moments to celebrate the vision.

Celebrations can be big or small and events such as the Creative Launch can be made extra special through different levels of creativity. Don’t let a small budget stop you from celebrating those extra special moments. A small celebration can go a long way towards investing in mavens who are making your ideas a reality.
